Mark Tuscano is a sophomore at PSU, who became at brother at Phi
Kappa Theta at the end of the fall 2008 semester in the Alpha Delta
pledge class. He is studying Security and Risk Analysis (Cyber Secuirty option). Mark is a huge fan of the
Philadelphia Phillies and enjoys playing most sports.
